Information you provide

Booking and inquiry forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, preferred set or space, chosen service, date, time, duration, group size and message, as applicable. Booking requests also store a rental estimate and booking status. Previously submitted studio-update requests include an email and subscription request. Please do not include payment card details or sensitive personal information.

How it is used

Your information is stored in the website’s database so the studio owner and authorized administrators can review your request, confirm booking details and manage its status. Any previously submitted studio-update requests are stored as a separate inquiry type.

Access and your status link

The studio inbox requires administrator authorization. Booking and inquiry details are not listed publicly. Your private booking-status link provides access to information about your request; keep it private and share it only with people you trust. The hosting and database services process the data needed to provide the website.

Corrections, deletion and unsubscribing

To ask for access, correction, deletion or removal from the updates list, send a general inquiry with the relevant email and, if available, your booking or inquiry reference. The studio administrator can review the request.

Website analytics

We record page views, form interactions, submitted-request counts, traffic sources, UTM campaign tags and a general device category to understand how the website is used. An anonymous identifier is kept in your browser tab’s session storage; it is not an account identity. Analytics stores page paths without query strings and only the hostname of an external referring website. It does not store IP addresses, full browser identifiers or form contents. Private booking-status and administrator pages are excluded. A saved request may include its traffic source for the studio’s review. Analytics respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings. It begins with visits after activation; historical traffic is not available.

External websites

Instagram and Google Maps links take you to external websites with their own privacy practices. The Contact page also loads an embedded Google Map. Booking requests are submitted on this website. This website does not embed an Instagram tracking feed or collect payment card details.
